We ensure that your meeting is prepared smoothly and efficiently, and that your plans are put into action seamlessly.

Momentum is based in the university town of Leuven in Belgium, but can organise your meeting wherever needed. Since our start in September 1998, we have been involved in the organisation of numerous conferences, meetings and events, mostly in an academic setting. Although our expertise lies mainly in this field, we welcome all types of projects where a professional management of meetings is required.
